Health Mantras:

Include all essential nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals) in your daily meals for holistic health. - “प्राकृतिक चीज़ें अपनाएँ”
Avoid processed food and switch to fresh fruits, vegetables, and home-cooked meals. - “जल ही जीवन है”
Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily to detox your body and keep your skin glowing. - “खाना सही समय पर खाएं”
Never skip breakfast, and make sure to have dinner at least 2-3 hours before bedtime. - “योग और ध्यान को जीवन में शामिल करें”
Spend 15-20 minutes daily doing yoga or meditation for mental peace and better energy levels. - “चीनी का सेवन कम करें”
