I am Rani Sharma, a dietitian, and I am excited to share my first blog with you all. Through this platform, I aim to guide you on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle with simple and practical tips. My goal is to help you make small yet impactful changes that can transform your life for the better.


Health Mantras:

  1. “संतुलित आहार ही असली ताकत है”
    Include all essential nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals) in your daily meals for holistic health.
  2. “प्राकृतिक चीज़ें अपनाएँ”
    Avoid processed food and switch to fresh fruits, vegetables, and home-cooked meals.
  3. “जल ही जीवन है”
    Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily to detox your body and keep your skin glowing.
  4. “खाना सही समय पर खाएं”
    Never skip breakfast, and make sure to have dinner at least 2-3 hours before bedtime.
  5. “योग और ध्यान को जीवन में शामिल करें”
    Spend 15-20 minutes daily doing yoga or meditation for mental peace and better energy levels.
  6. “चीनी का सेवन कम करें”
    Limit your sugar intake. Opt for healthier alternatives like jaggery or honey.
